Worqa Pricing & Refund Policy

Payments, renewals, upgrades and downgrades

Worqa is free for upto 5 users, until provided by Instellar Tech, is available to every person signing up with Instellar Tech for the first time. To sign up for a team of upto 5 users, you need not provide your credit card details. In the instance that you sign up for an account and exceed 5 users, you will have to pay for your account in order to continue using it. You will need a valid credit card for the same. If the payment is not received within 7 days post expiry/ end of the plan (as chosen), your account will be frozen until the payment is received. Until then, your account will remain inaccessible. Post the 7 days grace period, your account will be deactivated and the data will be permanently deleted. You may choose to cancel your account before the start of a billing cycle, in which case you will not be charged for the new billing cycle. Please note that you will not be refunded for any portion of a billing cycle that has already been paid for, irrespective of when you may cancel your account during the cycle. You may choose to upgrade to a paid plan from your free plan, in which case you will have to pay for the new package. You will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual and per the plan you choose. This payment is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months of service, upgrades/downgrades, or for unused months of service. The fee charged is inclusive of all taxes, levies, and/or duties. Should you choose to upgrade your plan, the credit card that you provided will automatically be charged on a pro rata basis. In case of a downgrade, the charges for the new package will reflect in the next billing cycle.

Please note that a downgrade in your plan may cause some loss of content, features, or storage capacity of your account. Instellar Tech cannot and will not be liable for any such losses. In case of a payment failure owing to validation issues in your credit card or insufficient balance, leading to an unsuccessful transaction (where the amount due cannot be deducted from the ac-count), you will have an additional grace period of 3 days to successfully make the payment, failing which your account and the data will be deleted permanently.

Cancellation and termination

You may choose to cancel your account any time by sending us an email at support@worqa.com or by clicking on the “Payment Settings” link in the “Settings” tab. Please note that you are solely responsible for cancelling your account. Upon cancellation, all your content will be deleted from In-stellar Tech with immediate effect. This content cannot be recovered once deleted.

If you choose to cancel the service before the end of your current paid billing cycle, the cancellation will be processed with immediate effect; however, you will not be refunded for the remaining period, and you will not be charged again.

Instellar Tech, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and re-fuse any or all current or future access to the service, or any other Instellar Tech service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in your account being deactivated or deleted, and all content in your account permanently deleted. Instellar Tech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the service and prices

Instellar Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice, at any time and/or from time to time. The free policy for 5 users is subject to change, and such a change shall be notified to the users and also be mentioned in the Worqa website. Prices of all services, including but not limited to monthly/annual/per user subscription plan are subject to change upon 30 days notice from Instellar Tech. Such notice may be given at any time by posting the changes on the Instellar Tech website or on the service platform itself. You shall be responsible for keeping yourself updated on the information posted in Worqa website and the service platform. No individual notices will be issued to you. Instellar Tech shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.
